Questions before you order
Do I see the design before it is printed?
Yes — always. We email you a design preview and production begins only after you approve it.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, sharp photo in natural light works best. Your pet should be the main subject and fill most of the frame. If the photo is not suitable, we will contact you before production.
Can I send it directly to the gift recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout. The design preview still comes to your email, so the surprise stays intact. The mug arrives in a plain protective cardboard shipping box and is not gift-wrapped.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within approximately 7–14 business days when the design preview is approved promptly. Free tracked shipping is included for Belgium and the Netherlands.
Is the mug dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, the mug is safe for both everyday dishwasher and microwave use.
